the breakfast offered a lot of variety and was good. the staff were friendly and helpful each morning. the hotel location is central. (i especially liked how close it was to the shopping areas)
i found that the room lacked some basic amenities like extra tissues. the kettle in my room had some rust and did not seem clean. the room felt smaller than the size listed when i booked it. (it was a bit disappointing)

i found the hotel to be very well maintained the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable breakfast was amazing too a supermarket is very close to the hotel and nizami street is within walking distance i asked for late checkout and they accepted it. i really want to thank mr farid mr shahin and mr ali for their support they were kind elman and the team were also great the hotel cleaned and serviced everything all the time including housekeeping. the staff helped me with my jewish rules to make me feel comfortable i appreciated that a lot it made me feel welcome as a jewish man
the room had a single window that could not be opened it made the atmosphere feel claustrophobic the air conditioning turned off randomly during the night i contacted reception each time so they could fix it they told me i got an upgraded room but it was a standard room with a connecting door

the staff was nice, and i had a quick check in. the breakfast had many choices, like fresh fruit and hot dishes, what i did like. i used the gym, it had updated equipment and it was clean.
the elevator was a bit slow, and i had to wait sometimes.

the front desk offered quick assistance with directions. house keeping always kept my room tidy and well stocked with fresh towels. the breakfast staff worked hard and made sure all the buffet items were available.

the hotel was near some main attractions and restaurants. i could easily walk to shops nearby and explore the area. it was simple to get a taxi right outside the front door.
